What is one size bigger than 00g in ear gauges?
Any size larger than 00g would be referred to in millimeters or inches. If your ears were originally pierced with a gun, which is the common practice at mall booths, fashion stores or most general jewelers, then they were most likely pierced at between 18g and 16g.
